We specialise in residential and commercial development, and we take care of all the work on every project ourselves.
Most of our projects are townhouses and family homes in established Melbourne suburbs, with some commercial work for trades and small businesses.

How a Valtora project comes together
Site
We find and buy the land ourselves, mostly in established suburbs with transport, schools and shops close by.
Design
Each project is planned for its block and its street. We work through the layouts room by room before anything goes to council.
Build
We manage the build from slab to handover, so the person who planned the home is the one checking it on site.
Sell
We sell direct. You deal with the people who built the home and can ask them anything about it.
